We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy
with your service, please notify PURE within a week of your appointment.
CANCELLED OR RESHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
Your appointment is very important to us at PURE Hair & Body. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice in advance. If you exceed 2 times of rescheduling your appointment your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you do not call to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time it is up to the stylist and salon if you may rebook your appointment.
TIMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. We want for you to truly enjoy your visit and look forward to coming to the salon. often luxury hair appointments can last 2 1/2 - 4 hours for a color, refresh, highlight. glaze and blowout. If you have any concerns regarding duration of appointments, please feel free to contact the salon or consult with your stylist in advance.

PRICING STRUCTURE

Services vary in price depending on length of hair, thickness of hair, time required, products involved. Feel free to ask your stylist if you are unsure how our pricing structure works or schedule a consultation and we will assess your needs.
We ask that all devices, phones, tablet, iPad, laptops please be used on silent or with headphones to ensure a relaxing experience for all our clinets.
~ IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATION FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENTS PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTANTION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST~
